Punching Bags
Heavy bags, speed bags, uppercut bags, teardrop bags, and freestanding bags for boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA training. The right bag depends on what you are training for — and where you are putting it.
Heavy bags (hung from ceiling or wall mount) are the all-round workhorse. 4-foot bags suit most home gyms, 5-6 foot bags give more striking surface for kicks and combinations. Fill weight matters — a 40kg bag swings less than a 25kg one. Freestanding bags skip the mounting hassle but move around more under power. Good for apartments and spaces where you cannot drill into the ceiling. Speed bags build hand speed and rhythm — small, fast, mounted on a platform. Uppercut and teardrop bags fill the gap for angled strikes that are awkward on a straight heavy bag.
Browse by type or filter by brand. Most bags ship unfilled — factor in filling (rags, sand, or rubber granulate) before you can start hitting.
