Heavy Bags

We carry heavy punching bags from Fairtex, Everlast, and Cleto Reyes — leather shells, reinforced stitching, and balanced fill that won't settle into a brick at the bottom after three sessions. Choosing your bag: lighter bags swing more (good for timing + footwork), heavier bags absorb harder shots (good for power). Fill type matters — water-filled bases on freestanding bags are convenient but don't replicate the dead weight feel of a hung bag. Need mounting hardware? We stock bag hangers, springs, and swivels. Talk to our staff — most of us train and we've hung more bags than we can count.
