If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, we welcome you to return unused products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 60 days of purchase.
How to Exchange an Item Because our stock moves fast across multiple warehouse locations, we do not offer direct exchanges through our returns portal. To ensure you secure the correct size or item before it sells out, the fastest process is to:
- Return your original item for a refund via the portal below.
- Place a new order for the replacement item immediately.

Need Help? We understand that placing a new order while waiting for a refund isn't always feasible. In special circumstances, please email us directly. We can organize a manual swap for you once you provide photo proof of your return postage receipt (must include the tracking number).
