Shipping and Delivery

MMA Fight Store ships to Australia and New Zealand. Not all products, such as some heavy items, are deliverable and are only available for in-store pickup. Please check individual product details for shipping information. Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and customer location.

Orders may be shipped from any one of our store locations dependent on stock availability. Please contact us if you have an urgent delivery time frame.

The processing of orders and deliveries is conducted during business hours (10am - 5pm) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of purchase. We do not have a weekend delivery service.

Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and customer location. We provide you with a flat $10 standard and $20 express rate on most items. Items that are deemed heavy we provide a selection of shipping options based on the most cost effective shipping rates from multiple couriers.

In the event that postage costs are applied in error when checking out online, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will look into this for you.

Standard delivery: 2-3 business days

Express delivery: 1-2 business days

Same Day Dispatch

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website. While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

We offer free shipping on orders valuing over $100 (excludes New Zealand and bulk items). These orders are sent via Standard Delivery time frames.

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number outlining how to track your package.

Please refer to the tracking tool provided to you via our shipping partner, Shippit, which will contain the most accurate guidance on estimated delivery dates and will advise you of any delays while your parcel is in transit. In some cases, delivery service providers may have to process and deliver from an alternate location and customers may notice when tracking their parcel, that it is coming from a different location to what they are used to.

Our shipping partner, Shippit provides a consistent tracking experience from the moment an order is placed up until it’s delivered. Shippit standardises tracking events across all carriers, meaning that you get the same delivery experience. Shippit will keep you in the loop via email and SMS at key stages of the delivery process. So ​sit back and relax! When your parcel is out for delivery, you will receive notifications, followed by a final notification once you have received your package.

If you can't find what you are looking for in one of our stores or the item is too heavy for you to carry home, we can place the order for you and have it delivered. Ask one of our staff members in store for more details.

Our free Click & Collect service is available at all our stores for all stocked items. Simply pick and pay for your product via the website and usually within 24 hours your order will be waiting for you. We’ll send you an email as soon as it’s ready for collection.

If an item is not stocked at your location, contact us and we may be able to arrange a transfer from one of our other stores.

If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification from Shippit with the tracking details.

No additional shipping charges will be applied to split orders. For further information regarding your split order, please contact us.

Contact your nearest store to request your Express Post order to be shipped from that location. We will make every effort to get the order out that day where stock is available.
