Athena created the first Muay Thai shorts specifically engineered for women’s bodies — not resized men’s shorts, not adjusted templates, but a completely reworked fit built from the ground up.
Traditional Muay Thai shorts are cut for straight waist-to-hip ratios, forcing women to size up for hip room and over-tighten the drawstring just to make the waist fit. Athena changed that.
These shorts feature a high waist-to-hip ratio, meaning the waistband fits securely on smaller waists while the hips and legs fan out wide to accommodate curves and stronger lower bodies. The waistband also sits higher — at the female body’s natural anchor point — to prevent ride-up and create a locked-in feel without needing a drawstring.
Finished with inner safety shorts for confident coverage and signature gold embroidery for a premium edge, these are Muay Thai shorts redefined.
