Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, we welcome you to return unused products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 60 days of purchase. Please contact us if the returns falls outside the 60 days of purchase, as you still may be eligible for a refund or online credit. In order to complete the return, you must have a proof of purchase. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges in specific instances.

You are also welcome to return unused items in person at any of our store locations. Visit a store today.

All you need to know

You can return an item within 60 days of placing an order either online or in store.

Items must be unworn, in good condition, and be returned with their original packaging and tags, unless flawed or defective. We do not accept returns of groin cups, however, please talk to us so we can assess the return.

If you are missing the original packaging, please use a similar-sized satchel or box. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for safely packing your return so we receive the item(s) in their original condition.

If you are having problems downloading and printing your returns label, please contact us and we will be able to send you one.

Currently you can only print one label. If you need to return multiple items that will not fit in a single parcel (and therefore need more than one parcel and return shipping label), please contact us and we can organise another label.

Whilst it is free to return your goods, the original cost of shipping is non-refundable, and we can only offer one free return per order. If you wish to return something else from your order later, this will be at your own expense.

If you discover a flaw or defect with your product, please contact us as soon as you can so we can assess. We can either supply a replacement or full refund. We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

Once your item(s) have been received, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. The value of the returned items will be refunded via the original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.

We do accept returns from New Zealand. Please contact us directly to arrange.
