Good quality gloves with plenty of manoeuvrability for grappling. You may want to try a different style of glove with more padding for striking sparring/training as these are competition grade gloves. I also found that it digs in a bit between the fingers even though these are the right size for my hands (I wasn't using these with wrapped hands).
