Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on Australia Post pricing and we endeavour to charge only the minimum cost of shipping. Please note that not all products are deliverable (especially to New Zealand), some are only available for in-store pickup. Please check individual products for shipping information.
The processing of orders and deliveries is conducted during business hours (9am-5pm) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of purchase. We do not have a weekend delivery service.
Delivery time frames may change unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide the most up-to-date information for your order or contact you if circumstances change. A team member will contact you via your phone number as listed in your contact details. Please ensure your contact details are correct.
It’s safe to say this will be a Christmas unlike any other. Here are some important dates and helpful tips to help make it easier for you to spread joy this festive season.
AustPost is working hard to deliver your parcel as safely and quickly as possible, but delivery for Christmas will take longer this year as they manage the impacts of COVID-19 and more parcels than ever before. Purchasing as early as you can, and by the dates advised, means your parcel will have the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas. AustPost will still deliver items sent after these dates as quickly as possible, but it will be difficult to get them to their destinations by Christmas.
Standard delivery: Thursday 10th December 2020
Express delivery: Thursday 17th December 2020
New Zealand delivery: Friday 27th November 2020
Due to high shipping volumes and extra coronavirus precautions, Australia Post operations and delivery times have been impacted with delays Australia wide. Some shipments going from Perth to Melbourne/Sydney or the opposite way, are currently taking up to 3 weeks to arrive. Deliveries to North QLD are also taking 2-3 weeks. There are very few domestic flights to add parcels to, which is having a large impact on services.
Please refer to the tracking tool provided to you, which will contain the most accurate guidance on estimated delivery dates and will advise you of any delays while your parcel is in transit. In some cases, delivery service providers may have to process and deliver from an alternate location and customers may notice when tracking their parcel, that it is coming from a different location to what they are used to.
Effective 20 April 2020, Australia Post are temporarily suspending the Express Post guarantee of a refund and replacement envelope or satchel for articles that don't meet the next-business-day delivery standard. Express Post service will continue to be the fastest postal delivery option and Australia Post will continue to prioritise these deliveries. They just may not be delivered next business day every time.
We are endeavouring to ship orders from your nearest store where possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience at this difficult time.
We offer free shipping on orders valuing over $200 (excludes New Zealand and large items). These orders are sent via Standard Post time frames.
Large items that require specific packaging are excluded from our free shipping option, including but not limited to; belly pads, heavy bags, body protectors, grappling dummies, wall units, kick shields and thai pads.

MMA Fight Store aims to deliver your purchase to you as quickly as possible wherever you are in Australia. We aim to ship all items on the same day as ordered with the exception of sale periods when this may take up to 24-48 hours. We have multiple locations around Australia and your order may be packed and shipped from any one of them dependent on stock availability.

Tracking your order
You will be able to track your order as soon as it leaves one of our stores and is on its way to you - we will send you the tracking in an email. If you have placed an order where your items are being sent from multiple locations, you will receive multiple emails with different tracking details and your items may be delivered on different days. Remember to track each parcel separately for accurate delivery updates.
You can also enter your tracking number directly into the Australia Post website for an Estimated Time of Arrival.
