Exchanges and returns
We will offer a refund/exchange on most products purchased at MMA Fight Store, either online or in-store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 14 days
Please note: Due to COVID-19, extra conditions are in place for in-store exchanges. You must contact your local store prior to coming in-store.
Our rules for returns are:
- Item(s) must be in brand new condition
- Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached
- Item(s) such as groin guards, underwear, groin cups and mouthguards cannot be returned unless faulty
We can either provide a refund to your same payment method or supply a store credit to be used in-store or online.
If the return is due to a change of mind or wrong size selection, the customer will be responsible for the postage cost to return the item to one of our stores. MMA Fight Store will cover the postage of sending the replacement item to the customer, only one replacement per order.
In the event that the item is faulty, MMA Fight Store will send a return satchel to the customer and cover the postage of sending the replacement item.
Returning an item
When you return a product please provide:
- An original MMA Fight Store tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket.
- The garment tags still attached.
- The product's original packaging, including any instruction manuals and/or information booklets.
If you have provided your contact details in-store as part of our product warranty process, an original MMA Fight Store tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket may not be required at the discretion of MMA Fight Store.
Return via post
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased online or in-store via post, please contact the MMA Fight Store location of purchase to arrange postage details.
All items purchased online or in-store can be exchanged or refunded at one of our MMA Fight Store locations, subject to the return conditions.
