COVID-19 IMPACT

Due to high shipping volumes and extra corona virus precautions, Australia Post operations, and delivery times have been impacted with delays Australia wide. Some shipments going from Perth to Melbourne/Sydney or the opposite, are currently taking up to 3 weeks to arrive. Deliveries to North QLD are also taking 2-3 weeks. There are very few domestic flights to add parcels to which is having a large impact on services.

Please refer to the tracking tool provided to you, which will contain the most accurate guidance on estimated delivery dates and will advise you of any delays while your parcel is in transit. In some cases, delivery service providers may have to process and deliver from an alternate location and customers may notice when tracking their parcel, that it is coming from a different location to what they are used to.

Effective 20 April 2020, Australia Post are temporarily suspending the Express Post guarantee of a refund and replacement envelope or satchel for articles that don't meet the next business day delivery standard. Express Post service will continue to be the fastest postal delivery option and Australia Post will continue to prioritise these deliveries. They just may not be delivered next business day every time.

We offer free shipping on orders valuing over $200 (excludes New Zealand). These orders are sent via Standard Delivery time frames.

Shipping costs are calculated based on Australia Post pricing and we endeavour to only charge the minimum cost of shipping. Please note that not all products are deliverable (especially to New Zealand) and are only available for in-store pickup. Please check individual products for shipping information.

The processing of orders and delivers are conducted during business hours (9am-5pm) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of purchase. We do not have a weekend delivery service.

Delivery time frames may change unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide the most up-to-date information for your order or contact you if circumstances change. MMA Fight Store aims to deliver your purchase to you as quickly as possible wherever you are in Australia. We aim to ship all items on the same day as ordered with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 24-48 hours. We have multiple locations around Australia and your order may be packed and shipped from any one of them dependent on stock availability.
