Ordering goods
Any order placed by you in the manner described in this site is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified on this site at the time you place your order. You acknowledge that, by placing your order, you are agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered unless you ask us to cancel that order, and we send you written confirmation of the cancellation prior to the goods being dispatched to you.
MMA Fight Store may change the prices published on this website at any time. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, images and information displayed on this site, MMA Fight Store is not responsible for any error and reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price, image or the product description posted on this site, or an error in your order.
We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We only accept orders from within Australia and New Zealand. Within this area, our policies as to delivery and returns apply as set out in these Terms of Use.
About our prices
All prices are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars. Prices displayed on this site are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. Where permitted in all states (excluding SA), we reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers.
Payment Options
MMA Fight Store offers credit card (Visa and Mastercard), debit card or cash payment options. We do not offer payments by Diners Club International or American Express. Only credit card options are available for online purchases.
Delivery
MMA Fight Store aims at getting products to you as quickly as possible wherever you are in Australia or New Zealand. Delivery is estimated between 1-5 business working days depending on the shipping option selected by customer and is reliant on Australia Post. The processing of orders and all deliveries are made during business hours (9am – 5pm) Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. We currently do not have a weekend delivery service.
Freight is calculated based on your purchase weight and whether standard or express post is selected. MMA Fight Store endeavours to only charge you for the minimum cost of freight (based on Australia Post pricing) and not a flat rate.
Delivery timeframes may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to provide the most up-to-date information for your order or contact you if circumstances change. A team member will contact you via your phone number as listed in your contact details. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
Returns policy
We will offer a refund/ exchange on most products purchased at MMA Fight Store. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it to us for a full refund / and or exchange.
When you return a product please provide:
- An original MMA Fight Store tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket.
- The products original packaging, including any instruction manuals and /or information booklets.
Will we pay for returned postage only in the case of an error by MMA Fight Store.
